Samson is a 6 year old Shire gelding. Britt has been training him since he was 3 years old and they are currently working at Training level dressage. Samson loves trail rides and people! He is always looking for attention and treats! Samson is not a lesson horse, but he keeps everyone in the ring company while he watches over the fence.

Odin is a 4 year old Norwegian Fjord gelding. Odin has been at Salt Pond Farm since he was a yearling and is currently in training and also used in the lesson program a little to give him some experience. Odin has a sweet, smart personality and loves people.

Frank is a 19 year old Haflinger gelding. He used to be a driving pony and is now used as a lesson horse for beginner to advanced riders. Frank jumps, rides in parades, and loves trails. Frank is a sweet horse, but he will definitely make sure his rider is paying attention!

Star is a 14 year old Reg. paint.  She is new to the lesson program and the farm.  She is adapting exceptionally well and really loves all the attention she gets from her riders.  Look for Star in this years 4th of July parade!!!

Tally is a 29 year old Quarter horse mare.  She is our oldest lesson horse and really takes care of her riders.  She has taught many children and adults to ride.  She loves to get treats from her riders!!  She will be retiring soon to a quiet life on the farm.

Our newest  addition to the farm is Foxy, a miniature horse.  She has been warmly welcomed by everybody and loves being brushed and taken for walks!! Students are working on a jump course with her and learning how to lunge her.

Our newest addition to the lesson program is Wizard; he is a Percheron/Paint cross gelding who is 12 years old.  He is trained level 1 in dressage and is great out on the trails.  Wizard is very curious and sometimes mischievous which makes him an exciting and fun addition to the farm!!  He is boarded here at the farm and is owned by Alison Thibault. We are looking forward to the lesson season with him, thanks Alison!!

Major is a Morab (morgan/arabian) he is 16 years old.  He came to the farm in December of 2010.  He is an addtion to the lesson program.  Major is very curious and busy.  He loves attention and is the first one at the gate always ready to come out!  He loves working with the students here at the farm! We love him too! We are looking forward to a fun filled riding season with him.
